Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Colin Maloney (“RizzReps”, “we”) covering rizzreps.com. By using the service you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

1. Where RizzReps is available

RizzReps is offered in the United States only, to people located in the US and its territories. We block access from everywhere else rather than accepting your money and hoping for the best, so these terms are written for one country and read under North Carolina law (§13). If you reach the service from outside the US — travelling, a VPN, a misrouted address — you are not licensed to use it, and we may end access without that being a breach on our side.

2. You must be 18 or over

RizzReps deals with flirtation and romantic or sexual tension. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. We'll ask you to confirm your age, and we may end access to any account we believe belongs to a minor.

3. What RizzReps is, and what it isn't

It's a practice tool. In Practice mode you get an invented message, you write a reply, and an AI system scores it and suggests an alternative. Every prompt and character there is fictional, and none depicts a real person. In the evaluator you describe a texting scenario and we coach you on it; we treat whatever you enter as a hypothetical, and we neither know nor try to work out whether it happened.

It is not a dating service, a matchmaking service, or a way to contact real people. It does not provide psychological, relationship, medical, or legal advice. AI feedback is generated automatically, is often imperfect, and is not a judgement about you or about anyone you know.

We make no claim that practising here will improve your real conversations, your dating life, or any outcome outside the app. Treat it as entertainment and a place to warm up, not as training with a promised result.

4. Acceptable use

RizzReps is built for charged but non-graphic flirtation: innuendo, tension, slow burn. That is the skill the drill teaches, and it is also the boundary the service operates within: the AI providers behind it prohibit sexually explicit content outright, with no adult exception, and our payment processor prohibits content designed for sexual gratification. So the line is not a matter of taste, and we enforce it automatically on what you send and on what the AI sends back.

You agree not to:

• Submit sexually explicit content: graphic anatomy, described sex acts, requests for nude or sexual images, or solicitation. Suggestion and implication are the product; description is not. Replies that cross the line are redirected rather than scored, and repeated attempts to push past it may end your access.
• Try to steer the AI into producing explicit content, or to jailbreak, reframe, or roleplay around the boundary above.
• Submit content that identifies a real person. The evaluator takes a described scenario, and what you put in it is your choice, but leave out names, handles, photos, phone numbers and anything else pointing at who someone is. None of it changes the coaching, and we make no attempt to identify anyone from what you enter.
• Submit material you obtained without permission, or content taken from someone else's account.
• Submit anything sexual involving minors. This is an absolute prohibition; we report as required by law.
• Use the service to harass, deceive, manipulate, coerce, or stalk anyone.
• Submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to bypass safety measures, or to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models or prompts.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the prompts, feedback, or suggested replies.
• Disrupt the service, or access it by automated means without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section, and may remove content at our discretion.

5. Consent and respect

RizzReps is about building genuine chemistry, and that only works alongside respect. Practising here does not entitle anyone to ignore another person's boundaries in real life. Enthusiastic consent is required in every real interaction, always.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the replies you write. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely to operate the service, which means scoring your rep and returning feedback. We do not store what you write: if you are signed in we keep the score, the band and the date, and nothing else. We do not sell your content, publish it, or use it to train our own models. 7. Our content

The service, including prompts, scoring, branding and design, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own practice.

8. Accounts

You can use RizzReps without an account. If you sign in with Google, you're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy) — with one sequencing rule: if you have a live Pro subscription, cancel it first. Deleting the account that a subscription bills to would remove the only record connecting you to it, and the card would carry on being charged with nothing left on our side able to see it happening.

9. Credits and paid plans

What's free, and what Pro is

Practice is free, up to a daily number of reps. Some features cost credits: unlocking a line from the reply vault, or running an evaluation. Free use gets a set number of credits each day, which refill daily and do not roll over. The daily caps are counted per connection rather than per account, so a shared or public network may share an allowance.

Pro is what we sell: a recurring subscription that removes the daily rep cap and the credit cost on those features. It is access to the service as it exists at the time, rather than to any specific future feature, AI provider or model.

Billing

Pro is sold as an automatically renewing subscription through Stripe, our payment processor. The price, the currency and the renewal interval are the ones shown to you on the checkout page before you pay, and your subscription renews at that interval, at that price, until you cancel. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. We never receive or store your card details, because you give them to Stripe.

If we change the price or the interval, we will tell you in advance and the change will only take effect from a renewal after that notice. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it; access to Pro features pauses while a payment is outstanding.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and you never have to speak to anyone to do it. Use the Stripe billing portal, or email billing@rizzreps.com saying you want to cancel. We will action it within one business day and will not ask you to sit through a retention offer or a phone call.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut off access immediately: Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free tier. Nothing you already unlocked is taken away.

Refunds and your right to change your mind

Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund that charge in full, for any reason, with no questions asked and no retention offer. Email billing@rizzreps.com; you do not need to explain yourself. After those 14 days we don't refund part-used periods: cancel instead, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. If we withdraw the service, or end your subscription for a reason that isn't your breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. Nothing in this section removes any statutory refund or cancellation right you have, including under state automatic-renewal laws. Where this section and those rights disagree, those rights win.

10. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for anything arising from how you act on AI feedback in real life. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or USD 50.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory statutory rights.

12. Termination

You can stop at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the service or its users.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Onslow County, North Carolina. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
